Since 1989 the original owners of Hastings Valley Homes, Peter and Steve Dever have enjoyed a reputation of being one of the most successful, well regarded building companies in the Hastings region. Director and Licensed Builder, Steve Dever, has built a network of experienced and proficient tradesmen which guarantees quality workmanship at competitive prices. It was the recent retirement of Peter, the vision of Northpoint Homes was born.
