"As a licensed builder no longer living in Port Macquarie, it was imperative that I could trust a company to build a house to a standard that I myself would deliver. Northpoint Homes were up to the task with the construction of a new home completed on time and to a quality that far exceeds what the “cookie cutter” project market offers at a very similar m2 rate. What particularly impressed me was the attention to detail of their tradespeople. Things that go a long way in the longevity of a home such as slab design and termite protection, paint finishes, quality of door hardware and flawless floor tiling. The only variations to the project were instigated by me which meant that the final build cost was very close to the tender amount. A very reassuring thing in that you know your home will be constructed within budget. I would have no hesitation in using Northpoint Homes again but I fear the waiting list would be very long."

We selected Northpoint Homes to build our new home due to their reputation and the quality of workmanship evident in a number of their homes we inspected. The iterative design approach provided by Steve enabled us to develop a home plan that suited the orientation of our land and which aligned with our life style needs.
The construction phase of the project was very well coordinated which delivered all stages in accordance with the time frames advised. We have been in our home for several months and we are very satisfied with the design and quality of workmanship.
